Pheelz And Fireboy DML Hint On Joint EP ‘Peace By Piece’

Producer/Singer Pheelz and singer Fireboy DML released the official trailer for their upcoming joint EP, Peace by Piece, confirming its release date as September 26.

The black-and-white trailer, already making waves online, offers an intimate glimpse into the duo’s creative process. Viewers see the pair in the studio, laughing, vibing, and revisiting the chemistry that first brought them together. Pheelz narrates parts of the visual, calling their bond a process of laughter, tears, and goosebumps,” and describing the collaboration as magic.”

The project is deeply rooted in their shared history. Fans will recall that Pheelz played a pivotal role in the 2019 debut album of Fireboy DML, Laughter, Tears, and Goosebumps, producing standout tracks like “What If I Say and “King.”

Their partnership continued on Fireboy’s sophomore project Apollo, and the new trailer, aptly titled LTG & APOLLO official thriller, nods to that legacy while hinting at a fresh chapter.

At one point in the clip, Pheelz likens their synergy to rice and peas,” showcasing the natural fit between his production and Fireboy’s vocals. The trailer closes with a powerful shot of the two silhouetted against the setting sun, before revealing the title Peace by Piece and its September 26 drop date.

With Pheelz’s unmatched production skills and Fireboy DML’s soulful delivery, Peace by Piece is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated Afrobeats projects of the year.

For fans, it’s a chance to witness two artists who have grown together, separately and side by side, finally fusing their journeys into one body of work. Fireboy’s pen has always carried the weight of love, longing, and self-discovery, while Pheelz knows how to frame those emotions with beats that hit both the heart and the dance floor. Together, they’re capable of creating music that speaks to both the soul and the streets.

Peace by Piece could easily be one of the defining projects of 2025, not just because of who’s on it, but because of what it represents: two artists who understand each other’s rhythm, building something complete one piece at a time. And if their track record is anything to go by, it’s not just going to be good, it’s going to be unforgettable.
