Ayra Starr Announces 2027 Starrgirl World Tour

Afrobeats star Ayra Starr has announced the Starrgirl World Tour, named after her third studio album. The tour will feature 20 shows across Europe, the UK and North America.

The announcement follows Starr’s recent achievement as the first African artist to headline the halftime show at an NFL international game. She performed at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London on Sunday, opening with ‘Heaven Baby’ and also performing ‘Rush’ and ‘Hot Body’ during the Eagles vs Jaguars game.

Starting in January 2027, Starr will embark on a 20-city international tour. This follows the release of her critically acclaimed album Starrgirl on August 14. Before traveling to Europe in January, Starr will close out the year with a special return to Africa. Further details will be announced.

With two Grammy nominations and multiple albums, Starr is a formidable artist. Starrgirl debuted at No. 2 on the Spotify Global Top Albums Chart and No. 1 on Apple Music’s top album charts in 15 countries.

On October 5th, Starr released the music video for “Heaven Baby” featuring ZAYN, which quickly amassed over 40 million global streams and reached No. 1 on the Shazam Global Viral Chart within a week of its release.

Since the release of her debut album, 19 & Dangerous, Starr has collaborated with artists including Wizkid, Stormzy, Rema and Coldplay and received a co-sign from Rihanna.
