Adulthood Anthem Songbird; Ladé Takes Off as she covers the November Digital Edition of Simple Magazine

Omolade Oyetundun Rachael radiates with laughter as she posed under floods of gelled photography lights for her cover of SIMPLE’s November digital issue. She’s a happy-go-lucky girl driven by her sonic. She’s a sort of superhero – one in her multiverse. Her power? Undisputedly her melody!

Ladé did not bring just sparkles as she talked about her jingle-to-stardom story for SIMPLE Magazine‘s penultimate digital issue of 2022. She brought the fire and melody!

The songbird who only recently turned 23, chronicled her journey from overdosing on gospel and Asa’s music to doing a cover of Simi’s monster hit, Duduke to recording arguably the most popular and memorable Jingle in recent times – the “444” for Airtel

Going from the limelight of the Airtel jingle, she detailed how her light shone even brighter than ever with the release of her magnum opus, “Adulthood Anthem” which caught fire first on a video-sharing platform, TikTok, and then across all social media resulting in “Adulthood na Scam” trend.

The full exclusive is also available in SIMPLE Magazine‘s new print issue covered by Mr. macaroni and on SIMPLE TV‘s channel on YouTube.
