The music landscape in Nigeria is experiencing a new wave – a wave of richly talented acts whose sounds transcend their age, race and creed.
One of such gems is afro-beats budding act, Olareign.
Christened Adewunmi Olanrewaju Dada, the 24-year-old singer was born and brought up in one of the suburbs of Lagos known as Oshodi.
An indigene of Ogun state, Olareign’s love with music began at the tender age of 16, soaking in the sounds of megastars like D’banj, 2Baba, Wande Coal, Wizkid and Davido. At 17, Olareign recorded his first single right after graduating high school.
His new single titled “Get To Know” produced by Rhaffy, blends Afro-beats vibes and high-life chords with fine and memorable lyrics in what he refers to as Afro-vibe.
Director Tucci directed the video for the song.
